Privacy Policy

How KAVEN PORTAL collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you, your account, and content you connect or create.

Effective date: July 12, 2026
Last updated: July 12, 2026

KAVEN PORTAL ("KAVEN PORTAL," "we," "us," or "our") is an interactive creator platform that allows users and creators to create accounts, connect third-party platforms, authorize access to content and account information, import content, create interactive digital spaces and experiences, participate in communities, and use platform features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.

By using KAVEN PORTAL you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

We collect information you submit when you sign up, complete your profile, contact us, respond to surveys, or otherwise interact with the service — including name, username, email address, password, profile details, avatar, biography, links, and preferences.

Account and profile information

We store account identifiers, account status, roles (such as creator, fan, or team member), settings, notification preferences, saved destinations, memberships, and any information you add to your public or private profile.

Authentication information

When you sign in, we process authentication credentials, session tokens, and, where applicable, sign-in provider identifiers. We do not store third-party account passwords.

Connected third-party platform data

When you connect a third-party platform (such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other supported services), we receive information those platforms return based on the scopes and permissions you authorize. This may include your public profile on that platform, channel or account identifiers, content metadata, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, publish dates, view counts, and — where you specifically authorize it — the content itself.

Imported content and metadata

When you import content into KAVEN PORTAL we process that content and its metadata so we can display it, organize it, and transform it into interactive experiences within your creator spaces.

Usage and device information

We automatically collect information about how you use KAVEN PORTAL, including pages viewed, features used, referring URLs, IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, language, time zone, and diagnostic data.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, measure performance, and understand how the service is used.

Communications

When you contact us or use in-product messaging, community, or support features, we process the content of those communications and related metadata.

Transactions (where commerce features are enabled)

If you buy, sell, or receive payments through KAVEN PORTAL, we process transaction details such as items, amounts, currency, timestamps, and — via our payment processors — limited payment information. Full payment card numbers are handled by the payment processor, not stored by KAVEN PORTAL.

Information collected through integrations

We may receive information from integrations you enable, such as analytics providers, communication tools, storage providers, and other services that support the platform.

2. Connected Third-Party Platforms and Google API Services

KAVEN PORTAL lets you authorize connections to third-party platforms — including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other supported services — so you can bring your content and account information into the interactive experiences you build.

Authorized access only. KAVEN PORTAL only accesses information that you authorize and that the third-party platform permits us to access under the scopes you grant. You control what you connect and what you disconnect.

How connected-platform data is used. We use connected-platform data to display your content and account information inside KAVEN PORTAL; to organize, import, and analyze authorized content; to transform it into interactive KAVEN PORTAL experiences and creator spaces; to power features such as search, recommendations, and world building; and to keep the connection working (for example, refreshing tokens and checking status).

Google API Services and YouTube. KAVEN PORTAL's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell Google user data, and do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your explicit consent, as needed for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or in aggregated/anonymized form for internal operations.

Disconnecting and deleting. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting revokes KAVEN PORTAL's authorization at the third-party platform and stops future data collection through that connection. You may also request deletion of content imported from a connected platform and its associated data — see Your Rights and Choices below. You can additionally revoke Google's access to your account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal data based on: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving KAVEN PORTAL, balanced against your rights.

5. How We Share Information

  • With your direction: content and profile information you publish, share, or make part of a creator space is visible according to the audience and permissions you choose.
  • Service providers: hosting, storage, database, authentication, analytics, communications, payment processing, customer support, and similar vendors that process information on our behalf under appropriate obligations.

  • Legal, safety, and compliance: when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and its purpose.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

KAVEN PORTAL is not directed to children under the age required by law in their jurisdiction (for example, 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to data portability. You can:

  • Access and update profile information in your account settings.
  • Disconnect connected third-party platforms at any time.
  • Request deletion of imported content and associated data through account settings or by contacting us.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your KAVEN PORTAL account from your settings or by contacting us. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize personal information associated with it, except where we are required or permitted to retain it (for example, to comply with law, resolve disputes, or maintain security and integrity of the service).

11. International Data Transfers

KAVEN PORTAL may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of KAVEN PORTAL after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
